Dungeon mechanics
From the very start of the fight you enter the Mushroomification state. On each of your turns, and your allies' turns (summons are not affected), a deadly mushroom in the form of a glyph grows on your cell. End or start your turn on that cell and you're guaranteed to be one-shot!
It is strongly recommended to kill the Korriander first, as it will re-summon every monster that has been killed.
As you'll have understood, never hit the Serpula with a spell if rescuing your allies is impossible.
Guide
Two techniques are available to take down the Korriander. The first is to focus all your attacks on it while slowing down the Dramanita's approach if possible — it will seriously hurt your chances if it can easily poison you. Good protection or a healer in a team of 4 is recommended given the heavy damage the Korriander deals once it's low on HP. Once it's dead, do a big clean-up like in the previous rooms, finishing with the Fungore, and you've won!
The second technique requires a positioner such as a Pandawa or a Sacrier, who can keep the Korriander — which only attacks in melee — away from you. You can then clean up while still hitting the Korriander, finishing it off without letting it re-summon the whole crew. A safer strategy in the long run, but where the key to success lies in your positioning.
