To validate the achievements, you must complete them on each Royal Blop (see below).

In this dungeon you can choose which Boss you want to face. You'll have the choice between the 4 Royal Blops, one of each colour (Morello Cherry, Pippin, Coco or Indigo).

End of the dungeon

And there you have it — you've defeated one of the Four Royal Blops. You're guaranteed to drop a key fragment matching the colour of the Royal Blop you defeated. A handyman can craft the key to the Royal Rainbow Blop's Lair for you if you have one fragment of each colour.
