The 4 Jellies (Blue, Green, Red, Yellow) have the same characteristics. The difference lies in the element of their ranged attack, which also drains the corresponding characteristic (the red jelly hits with Fire and removes Intelligence). They can heal themselves every 5 turns and reduce the damage dealt to them.

Dungeon mechanics

All the Royal Jellies have the same characteristics except for their element of weakness, which matches their color. The Lemon Jelly is weak to Air, for example, and has 50% resistance to the other elements.

They have the same spells as the small jellies but hit a bit harder. The only difficulty comes if your group happens to have no attack in one of the jellies' elements.
